INTRODUCING MR.T.

AFTER MANY YEARS AND EVEN MORE TEARS
MR. T. WAS BORN 5/11 AND I WAS THERE AT HIS BIRTH!WHAT A JOY THAT WAS.....MR T. WEIGHED IN AT 7 LBS,15 OZ.'S AND WAS 201/2 INCHES LONG.AT 18 DAYS HE HAD GROWN A WHOLE INCH AND IS 9ILS. AND 2 OZS. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT BOYS AN EATER!......LOL

SURPRISE!

I was shocked, confused, bewilderedAs I entered Heaven's door,Not by the beauty of it all,Nor the lights or its decor. But it was the folks in HeavenWho made me sputter and gaspThe thieves, the liars, the sinners,The alcoholics and the trash. There stood the kid from seventh gradeWho swiped my lunch money twice.Next to him was my old neighborWho never said anything nice.Herb, who I always thoughtWas rotting away in hell,Was sitting pretty on cloud nine,Looking incredibly well..I nudged Jesus, 'What's the deal?I would love to hear Your take. How'd all these sinners get up here?God must've made a mistake.'And why is everyone so quiet,So somber - give me a clue.''Hush, child,' He said, 'they're all in shock. No one thought they'd be seeing you.'Judge Not!~Author Unknown~

SUNRISE

The sun rises and another day turns its face westward with the dawn. What awaits us as we spy the light, sharing its brightness with each passing minute, casting golden rays upon the newborn day? It buries the dark, rising, overpowering the night and making yesterdays varying triumphs and failures fade; bringing hope for today. She renews each piece of earth from horizon to here as I watch; Field and prairie ablaze with red, yellow and glowing orange. Twinkling white diamonds of water; ponds, lakes, streams, even mighty oceans rise to glow in the shimmering greatness of gentle rays. Living things await the coming day, some to rise, some to sleep, But all know it is a new day, with new choices, given to us, rising, on the Hand of God.

I Asked God...I asked for strength and God gave me difficulties to make me strong I asked for wisdom and God gave me problems to solve I asked for prosperity and God gave me brawn and brain to work I asked for courage and God gave me dangers to overcome I asked for patience God placed me in situations where I was forced to wait I asked for love and God gave me troubled people to help I asked for favors and God gave me opportunities I received nothing I wanted I received everything I needed My Prayer Has Been Answered. by Unknown

LORD PLEASE BLESS MY COMPUTER

Every night I lie in bed This little prayer inside my head God bless my mom and dad and bless my children and take care of my spouse who brings me so much joy... God, there's just one more thing I wish that you would do if you don't mind my asking to bless my 'puter, too?? Now I know that it's not normal to bless a small machine but listen just a second and I'll try to explain... You see, that little metal box holds more than odds and ends Inside those small components rest a hundred loving friends. Some it's true I've never seen and most I've never met... never shaken hands or ever truly hugged, and yet... I know for sure they love me by the kindnesses they give, and this little scrap of metal is how I get to where they live. By faith is how I know them, Much the same as I know You. I share in life it brings them, So if it's OK with you... Just take an extra minute from your duties up above... to bless this little hunk of steel that's filled with so much love. So God, Please Bless My Puter... by Unknown

My Grandma's Favorite Hymn

I miss and love you Grandma.....

The Old Rugged Cross

On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross, the emblem of suffering and shame; and I love that old cross where the dearest and best for a world of lost sinners was slain.Refrain: So I'll cherish the old rugged cross, till my trophies at last I lay down; I will cling to the old rugged cross, and exchange it some day for a crown.2. O that old rugged cross, so despised by the world, has a wondrous attraction for me; for the dear Lamb of God left his glory above to bear it to dark Calvary. (Refrain)3. In that old rugged cross, stained with blood so divine, a wondrous beauty I see, for 'twas on that old cross Jesus suffered and died, to pardon and sanctify me. (Refrain)4. To that old rugged cross I will ever be true, its shame and reproach gladly bear; then he'll call me some day to my home far away, where his glory forever I'll share. (Refrain)
